What vehicles do you offer for hire?

Our luxury fleet includes full-size sedans, SUVs and a stretch limousine to meet all your travel needs. Please refer to our fleet page for more information on our luxury vehicles.

How do I know which vehicle to select?

Make sure the type of vehicle you select matches the occasion or event and meets all of your specific requirements. Things to consider in vehicle selection would be, passenger capacity, amount of luggage, event status, and personal preference or comfort needs. How do I make a reservation?

We offer multiple convenient booking platforms to reserve a vehicle for on-demand or future bookings:

1. Time Luxury App: Choose from a list of four service options that best suit your immediate or future transportation needs. Indicate your pickup and drop off locations, and the desired time. 
2. Online: Book a trip through our website for yourself or on behalf of another person. This is a great option for third party reservations, such as client airport transportation.

How are your rates determined?

Our On-demand rates are determined by an accumulation of kilometers and time traveled. We offer flat rate pricing for all airport transfers and offer corporate pricing based solely on duration of travel. For more information on rates and pricing, please contact Time Luxury directly.

What are the payment methods?

We accept all major credit cards and Visa debit.

What happens if our plans change and we need to leave a little earlier or later?

At Time Luxury, we understand the need for flexibility when it comes to your travel needs. Please contact one of our team members if your travel plans change and you require a later/earlier pick up and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Which areas do you serve?

Time Luxury Services is currently serving Calgary, and the following surrounding areas: Cochrane, Chestermere, Okotoks, Airdrie and can accommodate travel to further destinations such as Banff, Lake Louise, and Red Deer.
